"No one on the corner had swagger like us!!!"
"I think im gunna use the butt faucet"
So we are in beautiful Lyon, France and along with the beautiful scenery comes some interesting features. One in particular is the bidet that we have in our room. For those of you who are unfamiliar (ignorant), it is basically a little faucet used to cleanse your anal regions. :-/ ..anyways..If you haven't used one, I suggest you find your nearest bidet immediately!!
"I really want us to win, and by us, I mean the U.S.A."

What's up ladies, fellas, great and small, the mini and the max, the fiery and the furtive- I'm writing in from Lyon, France, about 5,000 miles from home.
A and I just watched Team USA win the gold medal basketball game against Spain, and it was gratifying. While I don't know much more in French than "Bon soir shawty," I could tell the French commentators wanted us to lose in a big way. Their voices rose in excitement upon average Spain 3 pointers, and sounded almost uninterested to watch Dwight Howard dunk like the Incredible Hulk. The world hates on us unnecessarily. Sure, we have our issues like anyone else- but can't the world consider our contributions as well? Around the world, can't the light bulb go off above heads like, "Hmm, this light bulb that just went off above my head was invented in the United States?" But hey, whatever.
I'm not even trying to say we are the only good country in the world, just that we could use a little more love. The rest of the globe has been so kind to share with us great stuff like the Statue of Liberty, Gisele Bundchen and the Sony Playstation 3 (among many other things).
Today is our sixth day in Europe and it is cool. We've spent most of the time in France, and a day in Belgium (actually "In Bruges" and yes, we watched the movie after we left). The architecture has been the most impressive. Paris has been around for a long time, so the buildings are "classic." The jeans here are tight- literally- they are tight, and everybody is fresh all the time. At no point walking around the streets did I see a non-tourist wearing a t-shirt and some shorts. People wear all the time what we wear to go out on a Friday night. Fresh! The dancing is different here too. I've been to two clubs, and guys and girls don't really dance together in general. Like that awkward sixth grade dance, girls are with there friends, and guys with theirs.
Still, in the end, there is no place like home, ya diggg?
